PLEASE NOTE

All members renewing ACA must submit a printed and signed application for insurance purposes.
Members can submit payment via paypal or by check.
Please include ALL ACA numbers even if you are not renewing, we will keep this on file if you ever need it.

Renewing CWA ONLY can send info via email or scan form to membership@chicagowhitewater.org or send to the above address.

Paypal: click the "add to cart" buttons to the right to start a paypal shopping cart. Click once for each type of membership you want to pay for. A Paypal window should popup showing you your total. You can hit "continue shopping" to return to this page.

NOTE that you must renew CWA/Gradient yearly on your anniversary date in order to continue being a CWA member.

Instructors Only - Renew SEIC:	$25 ACA SEIC

Beginner Trips: Note You must still send in registration information in order to go on any trips!
Option 1 - Student packages: Includes: 1 year CWA membership 1 year ACA Membership unlimited (when room allows) Beginner Trip Instruction in calendar year	New Member $165	Current Member $120
Option 2 - Instruction Only A La Carte Change quantity in cart to match the number of trips you are signing up for AND NOTE THE DATES in paypal. You must also be a CWA Member (click on the CWA add to cart above if you need to become a member).	$30 1 Trip (ACA Member)	$35 1 Trip + ACA Day Event Fee
Wolf Beginner Trip FOOD: Select the type of dinner you would like, if you have any special requests such as vegetarian needs please include these in the comments field. Please also include if you are paddling as a student, social or aid for either Saturday or Sunday.	$15 BBQ

Misc Trip Dinner: Includes Weber Fall Trip, but does NOT include Wolf Trip.
